Opening pdf files in lighburn not displaying content

Hello All,
I have a Sculpfun s90 using Lightburn, From my paintshop I have created my work and saved to PDF, when I open it in Lightburn all the text and design I have created is in blank blocks, would appreciate any help.

Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorised (authorised extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, lbrn, txt, lbset, lbrn2, csv, svg, dxf, markcfg7, markcfg0, lbcm, lbdev, clb, lbart, lbprefs, gcode, gc, nc, rd).

I have just noticed that Lightburn has saved it in their format and it is now open…sorry for the inconvenience.

I’m pleased you found a solution. For future reference: the forum is very restrictive when it comes to the allowed file formats. To get around this you can append a “.TXT” file extension to the file name (for example “filename.pdf.txt”), you will then be able to upload any file type.
