Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!
I currently have an OMTECH MF2820 and I find the bed size is a bit too small for what I need to do and the manual focus isn’t as convenient, so I’m thinking of upgrading to either 24x35 or 24x40 but can’t decide between the Pronto 40 or the AF4024.
I do like some of the new features/improvements on the Pronto series but also heard that there is an issue with the Z-axis crashing and slamming into the laser head (saw several posts on that on Facebook).
Just wonder if anyone here with a Pronto has/had similar issues with the Z-Axis? And how has your overall experience with the Pronto been?
On a side note, I was looking at a Monport as well but couldn’t find any recent reviews. Most reviews were from 3-4 years ago so not sure if the support situation has gotten better.
