I set my outline cut to be the last to cut (priority 2) but it cut it first. Any help as to why would be grateful appreciated. This is my 2nd day ever using a laser. 
Also, where ever my design is on the screen it is stuck there even if I set a different origin at the machine. Please help me turn that off.
Hi Renee - I saw that this was answered on FB as well, but I’ll answer here too.
First, you have the “Optimize Cut Path” button turned off. That means that none of the cut planning settings are in effect, and that includes the re-ordering of layers based on priority. Since the default order is black, blue, red, green, I’d guess that’s the order they’re running in with that switch turned off.
For the design being stuck where you’ve placed it, that’s happening because you’re in “Absolute Coords” mode instead of “Current Position” or “User Origin”. There’s help on what the different modes do here: https://github.com/LightBurnSoftware/Documentation/blob/master/CoordinatesOrigin.md
