Enable “Optimize Cut Path” in Laser window. Then push “Optimization Settings” and make sure your priority and optimizations are to your liking.
If you only care about order by layer then make sure that’s specified in Optimization Settings first.
You can also change the order of layers in cuts/layers.
Experiment with optimization settings and use the preview window “playback” feature to help see the effect of the optimization settings changes.
