FoxAlien XE Pro 8040 with 80w FA laser, running PC as controller (through XE Pro offline controller) on a Windows HP PC
Having issues with the origin. The home point is set, the origin is set, but when I try to run the burn, it’s not moving the laser to begin burning, it starts right at the origin. It’s been homed and the table dimensions are calibrated.
I’ve tried setting the origin to the bottom-left corner then run it with the Laser set to “User Origin”, “Current Position”, and “Absolute Coordinates”. I’ve moved the origin points on the graphics and on the Laser settings. It always starts burning wherever the origin is, instead of moving 10mm right and 5mm up. The only thing I’ve gotten to work is to move the origin to where I want the burn to start and then set the origin point there and run it.
