Ortur 15w laser master was working but now fires weak light only

All wiring seems to be correct
You ever had the white plugs fliped arround?

Do you see on top of laser red light, fans turn on but no laser?

Yes I flipped the plus and that messed up the laser when I would try to move it somewhere. The red light is on with the fans. But nit blue light and laser. Its tracing the outline I give it but no power out of laser

By miss wiring you damaged the pwm circuit
Write to support@ortur3dprinter.com so we can do in order to to arrange a new motherboard.

As i said your motherboard PWM circuitry is damanged
Basicly by flipping the wires you fed 12v back through the pwm wires into the board

Hi there,

I’m having exactly the same issue as @Jimpylaser. The laser diode worked in the beginning for a couple of engravings but now only fires with weak light. I’ve attached a picture from the laser module.

I bought the unit from Gearbest a few weeks ago. @OrturTech, can you advise me on what to do best?
