I purchased the new Ortur Enclosure 2. It comes with a light and fan. I turn the light on and then the fan but when I start the burn the fan turns off and won’t come back on until the burn is done, then I can turn it back on…
Any help would be greatly appreciated…
I’m having the same issue. I just updated Lightburn software and Ortur firmware.

Ok so Ortur Tech support suggested the following…
“Can i ask
a) please update to 1.9 firmwre
https://ortur.tech/firmware/OLM_Series/OLM2_PRO_S2_Firmware_Release_1.90.zip
then in lightburn
b) Edit → device settings can you change air assist to M7 instead of M8 please?”
This did not work for me. BUT I was able to make it work.
I have my Macro buttons programmed for light on/off and Fan on/off. I now have my FAN ON as “M7” and FAN OFF as “M15”.
This seemed to work for me. I hope it works for you.

Change on edit → device settings
Air assist from M8 to M7 that should fix it
Make sure you are in 1.9 for OLM2 pro And OLM2 S2
or OLm3 207
