Hello, I am using Ortur laser master 2 20w. Everything was working well until I attached the rotary roller. I covered my travel mug with masking tape to do a test engrave. There is laser coming out from the machine but its not burning the masking tape! I have put it to the highest power still no result. I don’t know what did I do wrong, please check attached screenshots of all the settings and video of the machine not engraving anything. Note that I have adjusted the focus of laser to the smallest dot possible, it’s just hard to get it clear on camera.

Is it possible that your speed setting is too high?
How does the laser burn to masking to tape without rotary enabled?
