ORTUR LASER MASTER 2 Busy 100% block

Hello,
Sorry but I don’t know English and I can’t translate the site into Italian.

I have an ORTUR LASER MASTER 2 connected to a desktop PC with Windows 7 and I’m starting to learn how to use LightBurn and the Ortur laser.
I have some questions/help:

  1. Very often when I send a command to the laser on the right side of LightBurn, in the LASER section the BUSY item reaches 100% and it freezes and I can’t do anything anymore, I have to turn off the program and restart it. Can I fix it?
  2. I need to make some rectangular plates and I would like to know if with LB I can do the writing and then cut the plate directly. How do I tell LB that the writing has to be engraved and the contour has to be cut?
  3. In the first version of LB that I installed to do the trial period under the commands (arrows) to move the laser I had a key that if I selected it allowed me to move the laser continuously. Now that I have reinstalled the program and activated the license I no longer have this option, is it possible to enable it?

Thank you all for your help.

No one who can help me?

All settings seem correct

I suspect it might be a case of job origin
What type of origin are you using
User defined? Absolute coordenates or Current position?

I move through the arrows the laser where I placed the plate to be engraved and then I fix the position from that point which is always the lowest point on the left.

@pega, you have not answered the question.

I assume that it is User defined because when I moved the laser where I need it I click on “Set origin”

Try the same but instead of using User Defined use Current position
Move he laser to where you want it to be - by hand is fine - try and see if you get the same errors

With User Origin, you must home, then jog machine to the position you want then Set user origin on each job

Try doing the same but with Current position instead please

Bye,
thanks for your help.
Since in the beginning I asked more questions if I imposed “current position” serves to solve which of the questions I asked?

Current position should fix this problem

You need to use layers
1 layer will be the engraving of the font
the 2nd layer will be the cut of the rectangle
each layer needs to have different settings

I believe this has to do with the user defined issue
I never used the arrows so i am not familiar but i will try asap
