Ortur Laser Master 2 not good

I have a Ortur Laser that will not update fromware. I have tried so many different things including resetting, following Ortur’s instruction and trying a computer running Windows 10. No luck. the machine powers down when I try and install the firmware. Frustrated and looking for a different machine in the same price range or under $1000. thanks

Why would you like to flash the firmware? This is usually not required, only to solve specific issues.

Ortur support told me to install the latest firmware. Nothing was running. Not Lightburn or Laser GRBL

Let first check what firmware you do have

In the LightBurn Console Panel, where it says “type commands here”
type in this:
$i
press enter

Once done, copy/paste all the output you see to here so we can take a look please?
