Ortur Laser Master Pro 2 not moving to job, stops movement imediatly

When I go to start any job the laser moves from home and stops immediately, when i press the frame button the laser moves in one direction only and stops very quickly, my home is set to bottom left the laser will home OK.
error:9
G-code locked out during alarm or jog state.

I don’t know what this means;

Cant complete a burn due to Shock and Movement detected!

In the console window. Type: $$ and press enter, and that will emit all the current settings. The one next to $33 is the current value of it. If you typed: $33=400 (and pressed enter) That would set the value to 400.

Is there any way to go back to a previous setting, I am having a lot of problems since I uploaded the latest version.1.2.04. still got a problem with flame detection in spite of shutting it down, I cannot frame a job without the machine stopping half way through,
