I ran the Ortur power test on cardboard in Lightburn. Laser comes on but there is no output. Two days ago the “fire” button stopped working (i.e. no output set to .25%)as well as the "frame"button not lighting up.
Power has seemed to decrease in the last couple of weeks, now no burn. I contacted gearbest (seller) and opened a ticket. this unit is the 20-watt input/5.5 output. Numbers on the side of the laser module are 4007777956/ LU 20W 20C21 it is the laser master v.1. my multi-meter is broken so I can’t get any readings unfortunately.
