Ortur LM2 starts work but does not finish it

Good morning. I am a new user and have recently purchased the Lightburn license. Beautiful software, but I can’t get the job done because the laser stops randomly and to make it reconnect I have to turn it off and on again. The same thing also happens with LaserGRBL. I changed the motherboard thanks to Ortur, I grounded the frame, I changed the USB cable but nothing. Very often the laser stops working, causing me to ruin everything. You can help me? Thanks bye
