I am new to laser work and finally pulled out my Ortur Laser Master 2 out and set it up after purchasing it back in 2021. My laser shuts off mid job and is giving me different error messages. Any help would be appreciated. I will attach two different screen shots from today.
Both can be caused by the same thing, USB communication issues.
Bad USB cable. Buy an expensive shielded one.
USB cable does not have a ferrite.
RF noise nearby or on the power line.
Swap USB cable end for end.

I just received my new cable and that seems to have done the trick. Thank you so much!
I ran a test burn that stretched the job to just under 10 minutes and it ran through the entire file with no issues.
Error 24 - is a Gcode generation option.
Edit > Device settings. Make sure you do NOT have Gcode cluster enabled please.
If Gcode Cluster not visible then is probably you are using GRBL LPC
Yay!!! Glad to hear you have a solution. @gilaraujo mentioned something that is worth checking, even though everything seems okay.
