Ortur LM3 Error 9 and lacks Power

Hey Guys,

I have a Problem with my Ortur LM3 20w.
Every time I try to start a Project, it gets interrupted after 5–15 seconds with this Error Code:

I know this is the Shock Sensor and I Already set it at $33=750 like the other Treads said.
I recently moved, and before that, it worked like a charm.
Now I have this Error Code and on top of that, the Laser seems to lack power. Simple Engraving needs 300mm/s at 80% to work, that’s way too slow for 20 w. Before the move, I was cutting plywood with 450mm/s at 80%.

These are my Settings for the laser.

Hello!

can you post a picture of both sides of your Y belt tensioners. the little roller with the screws to adjust Y belt tension.

Here are the Pictures you asked for

3 questions
a) those 3d printed legs, did you put a screw through them to the chassis, or they are only places where the original legs fit in?
b) you must tighten the screws like this
image

Yea the Legs are Printed but only friction fit for the Original Rubber Feet, to allow some Vibration dampening

Could you also take image of the motherboard connectors and the laser head connectors?

Its seams I have found the Problem I mounted the Laser 2 Close to the Wall and because of the rubber Feet it had enough movement to bump at the Wall
