Ortur LM3 error codes

Greetings. Does a list of error codes for the Ortur LM3 exist? Both sound and light?
I have looked for these and my google fu is bad…My particular problem is the laser will not shake hands with Lightburn. I get one long beep and three short. The power button flashes rapidly between red and green. same behavior with SD card in or out, but interestingly I CAN do firmware upgrade which I did to ESP_OLM3_211 in hopes this would help. (no change)

Output from lightburn is below

Thank you if anyone has any input…

Hi Nicole,

Could you take a picture of each side of your Y belt tensioners?

Hi Gil, see attached.

You need to tighten belts a bit more

The little screw should be all the way in

Hi Gil,
Agreed, thanks for pointing this out! No impact on the problem I am facing unfortunately! I should point out that when I start the laser, there is no carriage movement at all, so even with a bit of a loose belt, the servos would not have had a chance to sense that. Something else is up…need an error code decoder ring or something like that…

Do this… As usb carries 5V

Unplug USB
On LM3, confirm
a) YRR/Ymotor are on Ymotor
b) Power adapter is in and on the wall
is a 24v 4amp
c) Key is On → emergency switch is up

Power on… What behavior specially of the lights?

Lastly, take a picture - from underneath - of the wires connecting to the motherboard?

Hi Gil, I can confirm all of the items you have mentioned. Indeed these are rather trivial but important. Here are those error codes upon startup:
Sound: One long beep, three short beeps
Light: continuous red and green flashing at the power button
No carriage movement whatsoever

I include a photo of the wires hooking to the motherboard. The clearance of the Y axis cable is a little tight (because I tightened the belt!) so once I get this working I may need to mod the frame a bit to give the cable a place to move away from the belt.

On my own I am investigating the power supply, and am rigging up a suitable substitute for the one that came with the laser. I suspect it is bad. If it is not the power supply I fear a bad motherboard. I live in an area with numerous power spikes… Oh, I am also in touch with the helpful people at Ortur, and will report back on what they suggest as well. In lieu of any other diagnostic activity that is what I am up to. Thank you for your suggestions!
