Ortur master 2 Y axis won't travel full length

My ortur master 2 just started traveling only 12" on the Y axis, how can I fix this?

Can you run these commands in Console and return output?

Note that the first command will home so be prepared for it.

I don’t see anything in the configuration that would prevent farther travel on the Y-axis.

When are you experiencing this issue? Please provide as much detail as possible.

Also, can you take a full screenshot of LightBurn with your design showing and ready to burn? Please have Laser window in view when you do this. Note that a screenshot is preferable to a photograph.

Check your ‘Working Size - Height’ value is correct also. (Edit > Device Settings)

I have checked work area devise settings…matter of fact I have reduced by a small amt. total area, X & Y (15 x 16) to eliminate error conflict. Thank you for your suggestion & if you have another please forward to me.
