Lightburn 2.1.03,windows 11 ortur lm3 20 watt diode laser.
I engraved a logo on a gavel and all was good.
When I tried to engrave text below it, the text ran off the area that I framed for the text.
This is the first time I used the rotary unit but I’m still confused as to why the engraving was not in the framed area?
Could you post a photo of the result here, so we can see? A picture being worth 1000 words rings true in this situation.
Most often when we see issues with rotaries it comes down to either a miscalibration of the rotary axis, slipping on the rotary rollers (if a roller-style rotary axis), or forgetting to turn off rotary mode.

I took 2 photos but unfortunately my friend (who needed the engraving) already cut the bad parts out.
I tried my best to put a couple of the cut off pieces back and I hope it helps you to solve my problem.
I stopped the machine before it continued onto the handle.
It would also be really helpful to see your .lbrn2 file - from the photos I would first investigate if you have a red dot offset that may need to be adjusted Laser Offset Setup for Red Dot Pointers - LightBurn User Guide
