Ortur zero is way off

I am a complete newbie on this. I got a laser just to play around with. I have the ortur 20w. I can’t get the machine to zero correctly. The y axis is fine. But the x thinks the machine is at zero and it’s nearly all the way to the right on a 24" machine.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks!
