Today my machine started ignoring the table boundary with frame and proven with Proofing. The only way to get it to stay in table boundary is to set all out of table graphics to T1 or T2. I have saved image of preview but can not post here.
I did not really understand your message, but Framing will include the Tool layers if they are turned on in the Cuts/Layers window.
