Out of bounds message every time I Start a project

I get an out of bounds message every time I Start a project. Selecting OK does start the engraveing but it is rritating
Any suggestions?

This is suggestive that your operating procedure is breaking known position on the controller.

Can you validate the following:

  1. Your machine is being homed at the start of operation
  2. You are never manually moving the position by directly manipulating the laser by hand?
  3. Similarly, you are only using jogging controls in Move window to change laser position
  4. Confirm the Start From mode in Laser window that you’re using. I assume Current Position or User Origin

If none of these apply then can you take a full screenshot of LightBurn with a design loaded where you get this issue?
