Outer Cut Border Is Shifting Position

I have a graphic that has a cut border. I have set up the file as three duplicate images placed side by side. Looks perfect on the screen.
When sending to the laser, the cut line is correct on the first graphic, but shifts on the next ones.
What is causing this issue? Thanks in advance.

Or, perhaps, the border cut is correct on both, but the internal lines have shifted.

To help isolate that, draw a rectangle an easy-to-measure distance around the border, then duplicate the patterns a known distance apart. For example,10 mm outside the border and spaced 10 mm apart (or half an inch, if you’re using American units).

Change the red layer to black so it doesn’t cut through.

Burn it on something cheap, like cardboard, which may require reducing the power.

If everything stays lined up, then the problem is in the cut layer settings.

Change all the layers to red, but reduce the power to prevent cutting through the cardboard.

Burn it again and see what happens. If it’s still lined up, that suggests other problems, but let’s start with the easy ones.

The topic has come up here before a few times, it might be a Ruida “problem” in their machine setting.
Try to see if this setting (see picture) is turned off for both axes, it helped me.

Thanks I’ll give it a try

UPS!!! Remember to make a copy of your original settings first
