I have an OmTech raycus 50watt laser.
When I import an image from Outlaw Laser it makes it a negative of what I imported and I do not know why, also it doesn’t complete the border around it. Can some help please?

Yes, @bernd.dk is right, ideally attach the file. Or at least show us some screenshots of what is going on, as I am guessing this is a design you have purchased?
Might also be worth asking the seller about the file. At the very least, we need to know the file type. You say “an image.” Have you tried inverting the image?
In the Adjust Image window, toggle the Negative Image button.
