How do I get a thicker outline on a patch
one option is to defocus your laser
Select the entire patch
Select the OFFSET SHAPES tool:
Set offset to 0.0
Outer shapes only
DE-select delete original shapes
press OK
Point and click on the shape - do not drag to select - put on different layer and set that layer to LINE
Select just the line layer (red in this example)
Go back to the offset shape tool - adjust as needed to get you results
