Need some help with a new Atomstack A20 pro running lightburn. When i attempt to cut a circle (hight & width the same) it cuts an oval. I can run a square, hexagon and other shapes without problem. Why is a circle coming out oval.

Are you sure?, Have you done a test with a large square (as large as possible) and measured the lengths of all four sides? It could be that you need to fine calibrate your axes.
