Overlay not filling whole work area - Neje Master 2S plus (440x255mm)

Hello,

i bought Neje Master 2S plus, working area 440mmx255mm, power 30W(7.5W optical power). I managed to setup lightburn with no problems, but something is bothering me.

Overlay of working area is missing - 45mm top and 45mm bottom. Camera is 3MP 110 degrees lens. Calibrated camera lens and alignment few times, always same result…

Picture of how it looks in lightburn, you can see in the right camera window that whole engraving area is covered …

Edit: recalibrated camera lens and alignment … Now height of overlay is 351mm instead of 440mm …

Edit2: Is this possible because camera’s height from base is to low?

Edit3: Put camera higher, same result … does really nobody knows where is the problem?

Nobody knows… ? Sent two emails to technical support, no reply at all …

Tried again to lift camera higher and did camera alignment … and now it is OK - sorry to bother you all
