Greetings to all
we suddenly lost the ability to connect to xtool P2S from lightburn at work.. can’t recall if there was any firmware update lately or something, but even after re-adding the device to lightburn, nothing. We tested for network issues and tried lightburn pre-release too. “Waiting for connection…” all the time
Is there any known issue? Any ideas?

Just to add to @parsec’s suggestion, did you also open the XTool software? Make sure it’s not running as a background task holding the port open.
First, thank you for the responses.
I tried loading previously working prefs, but nothing. yes, xtool software is not open when attempting through LB. And by the way, i can connect through that. I can also see device on network normally, tested cable and wifi too… it’s really frustrating and i’m starting to think firmware downgrade (if possible).
