Packaging and Sleeves Home Manufacturing?

I ordered a few of these sleeves for my latest project going out the door and it seems unreasonable to pay them $1.90 a piece (qty 100) for this nonsense. I can probably print them from a standard printer but wondering if anyone here has done these on their own and what machines you’ve used. I’d like to buy a relatively cheap machine to produce these if they exist but searching around, just haven’t landed on a smoking gun that’s designed for the job.

There could be a pattern that would work for your needs on this site. You might have to use just one part of a template for the sleeve you want to design. With all the options provided, I would think there is something within these tools that could work for your application.

That’s a cool site. What I was really looking for is the hardware to print these out from a roll of card stock or something like that. I’m not sure a regular printer is idea for the application and while I could cut them with the laser, that seems like an overkill for a 22" X 4" sleeve.

If you’re willing… I had a vacuum form from Mattel when I was a kid… Loved it… ran across a video on one… maybe applicable…

It’s a laser guy…
