For those that paint their coins after engraving, what is the process of creating an image with lines to keep the paint in one spot. The lingo evades me right now but I hope you know what I’m trying to say. I guess like some type of borders
Are you looking for the term “screen printing”, “stencil”?..
For paint with the laser, you have to separate the colors/shapes and assign to Layers, then apply settings that you found for your laser, to each Layer to achieve the colors you expect in the output.
For applying paint after, you may have to engrave “dam” lines so that the paint doesn´t bleed to the side shapes.
