Pass setting is ignored. Never ending pass

Hi I am Mike

I have just started my laser engraving hobby.
I own a ComMarker Omni 1 5 W and running it on Mac OS. I am using Light Burn Pro v2.0.02

I am currently doing material test and soon enough, I am encountered an issue. Where suddenly, setting such as speed or pass count I set is not the one being executed by the machine.

At first I thought It was just my fault, when I tried to cut the MDF board, the laser does not move and burnt my MDF board. This time, I set my pass count to 8, but the laser does not stop repeating until i noticed its infinitely looping and burning through piles of wood i stacked on my material. It only stop when I pressed the stop button.

I am not sure if this issue is on Lightburn side, or in Commarker side.

I actually capture a video of it. I will share it upon request.

I would like to ask for advice if anyone encountered this issue, and how was it fixed. Or if how will I know if this issue is in Commarker side or is in Lightburn side.

This sounds like it has the potential of being a possible bug..

Maybe @gilaraujo can suggest a proper course of action.

The issue is intermitent.
Sometime it happend, sometimes its does not happen. But when it happen, it continuosly happen on that current session.
