I’m trying to add the galvo controller to my existing license key and I forgot my password and accidentally used an uppercase A in my email address now I have to wait because of too many attempts. how long do I have to wait? I appreciate security measures but couldn’t there be a two step authentication to make sure its me instead of making me wait an undisclosed amount of time to give you money?
