The pattern may be complex enough to trigger the Ruida PWM Rising Edge Valid misconfiguration.

This may be an odd example of the Ruida skewed engraving config glitch: The simple test is to flip the value of PWM Rising Edge Valid for the X axis in Edit → Machine Settings → Vendor Settings → X Axis, then run the same failing job on cardboard (reduce the power as needed) to see if the situation improves. If it doesn’t improve, just flip the switch back again. For most machines, both the X and Y axis switches should be False, so if they’re either True or different, that’s a clue.
