Please if anyone has any information on why I am getting pattern skip on my longer rotary tool I would appreciate it. When engraving the inner pattern engraves perfectly. When it goes back to do the outline it is off by a MM or 2 in one area and further in another area on the pattern. I don’t know if it is a setting issue or mechanical issues with my equipment. Thank you.

I wrapped tape around the project so I didn’t damage the material before cutting this is how it came out.
Your material is slipping on the rollers. I had that problem for most 5 mins before I changed to a chuck device.

That tape wrap is going to cause problems. You are trying to rotate a bumpy surface.
