This looks to be a licensing issue - were you provided a license key when you bought LightBurn? (don’t write it here, please).

If not, could you provide a link to where you purchased LightBurn?

I’ve seen this problem described here several times.
If you use another type of software and this does not happen, it is most likely a non-compliant software version or a problem with the license.
At least that’s what I’ve seen in other topics with the same problem.
