Please Help-Ortur LM2 Not Connecting

I just received my Ortur LM2 and it powers up, goes to home position, software recognized it right away, but under “Laser” it says disconnected. Please Help!!!

Could someone with an Ortur LM2, or even someone that knows this machine, please call me ASAP at 715-250-0077? The laser is now connected and will run the pattern, but no laser…just a white light. Please call me and help me through this.

Did you happen to select the COM port correctly?
