I am writing this using the translation function as I do not speak English. There may be some things I do not understand. Thank you in advance.
I am using “NEJE 3 MAX V2 (extended version)”.
I have drawn four 100 mm squares in Lightburm. I want to make a box with overlapping lines that are not broken.
Layer 1 Red line Valley fold Layer 2 Green line Cut
Connections are not separated.
If you actually cut the lines, they will be disconnected or misaligned.
Check the right angle of the frame, check the belt tension, check the laser head, check the calibration adjustment, check if there is an optimization setting, check if there is no optimization setting, etc.
The symptoms are still not getting better. Please help.
Instead of the squares draw a rectangle 300 x 100 Ctrl D to duplicate “.” to rotate 90 degree, all on the same layer set your settings just to engrave and run the job.
Post a picture of the output
I hope I got the drawing right.
The sculpture seems to be drawn nicely.
However, what I want is a little different.
The middle square part is the line to fold and the outer perimeter is the cut.
I think two layers will be needed.
Thanks… .
It was just to check if the output comes aligned (when you’re not sure of your designs you have to zoom in more to see/check the placement).
With the idea of the 2 rectangles you can weld the 2 shapes and then draw a square 100 x 100 set to other layer and center-align with the welded rectangles. Rectangles.lbrn2 (4.3 KB)
After maintenance, we found that the problem was a mismatch between the wheel bearings and the aluminum load. The wheel bearings are genuine, but I had to readjust them a bit. The Y-axis was bad, but I was able to improve the accuracy.
The X-axis is still not satisfactory, but it is quite difficult to adjust. I’ve made use of an odd bolt and an imo screw a couple of times, but I’m not sure if it’s too much to ask for more accuracy from an inexpensive machine.
