Powefull help for people with difficulties with their eyes

Hello, the dark gray on the background of the work area poses a problem with my vision when I have difficulties to make the differences on a dark colors background.
I would like to be able to choose the background color of the workspace but the software does not allow it, with the Windows color mode for people with view problems I cannot change anything.
Can you help me find a tip please, because I have a big problem to use this software.

In settings / Display tab there is the option to turn dark background on or off.

Only black and white. Any other color would interfere with the color pallet for the Layers.
