My laser is a UV, the question is Max Power %. My 1st layer’s Max Power is 90%, sub-layers are at 20%.
How can I control all my layers’ Max Power %?
Aside from speed in this example, all settings are the same.

For a UV laser, the Max Power percentage you see grayed out in the Cut Settings Editor has no effect on any layer or sublayer. That’s because power output for UV lasers is controlled by adjusting Frequency and Q-Pulse width.
Max power is achieved by applying the correct combination of Frequency and Q-Pulse - your laser may have come with a chart that shows expected power outputs at different combinations. In general, you will see power increase as you increase Frequency and Q-Pulse values, a leveling off of power output in the middle-high values, and then a tailing off with very high values.
You can also use LightBurn’s built-in Material Test generator (“Laser Tools”>“Material Test”) to test the result of different combinations of Frequency and Q-Pulse on given materials.
Thank you !!
