Hello, I am runnig Windows 11 with Lightburn version 1.4.03.
Yesterday, I had a power outage while working on one of my files on my laptop in Lightburn, and the application crashed. When I tried to pull up my file again, I received an error stating the following: Premature End of Document (line 73246?) and the file is missing my work from the last 6 months. Only half of my work is visable in the program. The _backup file version is the same. I have already tried loading my preferences from a week ago into Lightburn but the file still shows the same error upon opening and only has half of the data. How do I recover my lost data?
Please help I am missing files for my business!
