Preview and output not matching svg

My svg looks good on the workspace and node edit mode looks good but preview has gaps in the path and actual output matches preview.

I have redone the shapes and at first it looked good until I did the preview after moving it to Upper left corner.

What should I check?

I have gone back and now find that the loss occured when I put the output on layer 2. The output and preview look good on all layers except layer two. Very puzzling.

Make sure that tabs are off

It is possible when you selected the lines for assigning them to CO2, you might have missed some of them.
