New user and trying to laser a message onto a piece of wood. I created a short message and tried to preview it before sending to laser but the preview screen comes up blank except for a small orange + in the upper right corner.
Any help would be appreciated.
I think I just responded to this on our help email - Can you show a screen shot of the LightBurn screen with your design on it? If the design is touching or crossing the boundary of the page, the software might be removing it because it’s out of bounds on the machine.
