I think we defined that
a) vectors will time it ok
b) Images will be like 1.5 x 2 off if heavy gcode, like grayscale

Oh, sorry then, guess I misread smth.

Btw, tried 5mm plywood cut and it worked on 2 passes 100mm/min and 1 pass 200 mm/min, so like 3 passes to cut through, clean cut.

Some one migh thave answered this already but go to:

DEVICE SETTINGS → ADVANCED SETTINGS → READ FROM CONTROLLER.

This should refresh your controller and give you a better reading. You have to understand that the time is a “guesstimate” at best.

I had to manually adjust the values (mostly accelerations) to get mine within about 10%. All those values can be altered without affecting machine function and can be easily reset by reading from controller again. Play with it and see what helps.
