Hi all,
I tested print and cut today and had the z axis move down when I started the job. I found that this was caused by the z axis not being at zero along with the absolute coords now being on. So zeroing before starting the job stopped the issue.
However, I normally use current position, so i don’t typically care what the z position is and it seems strange to me that z is even considered in this function. Considering aligning using print and cut only calls for positions on the x and y plane, It doesn’t make sense to me why the function would not auto zero z or disregard the z altogether.
I have not found any reference to this issue anywhere. Is there a better way to do this other than manually zeroing?
