Print and Cut with a Creality Falcon 2 22watt not working correctly

Able to select Registration points - but when cutting it is no where near close to the alignment we picked. I have looked at the forums past on this and googled. Thought I would reach out for some help. The goal is to print on wood and register the piece and laser cut the pieces out. I have updated the firmware on the falcon2 to V3.0.5 for the machine and laser both - updated LB to 1.6.00 to make sure we were up to date.
I am including screenshots, the LB file, code from console.
gcode from print and cut.txt (10.6 KB)

test p c.lbrn2 (14.4 KB)

First thing i would recommend doing on your Falcon is tightening your belts
Your Y belts seem very loose, which could - and will - cause inacuracies

Try this pattern and send a picture to evaluate belts please
Dot Test with Angle.lbrn (46.3 KB)

Here is the file - looks pretty circular - I dont think the photo was level when taken.

it looks ok, except a couple things

Lines are not closing in

Favor please

Go to the Devices button in laser panel. Click on it
Then click your profile
COnfirm your GRBL type is the TOP one, and not M3 or LPC

then also share with us, please the EDIT > device settings page

Lastly in your console, type $RST=*
Press enter
This command will set your firmware to factory defaults, just in case something was changed.

I removed the no machine - and did the $RST=*
Will I need to reinstall the latest firmware to the machine and laser?
BTW I have a 22w and a 40w on the same computer. The 40w is not setup all the way yet so it is powered off

this wont be necessary $RST=* simply resets parameters not the firmware

All seems correct. did you try another calibration?

I have not used PnC yet, but could the issue be those markings with the lower-right index cross? That could be confusing the software.

Still way off - We rotated the image 90 deg to see if that made a difference
