Hello,
I am trying to do a print and cut of a 42" sign and noticed on two different occasions that when I activate the print & cut feature (both registration marks are checked), my laser (Preenex 60W connected via USB with a Mac) goes to a random spot, the controller beeps but there is no error code and stops. Yesterday I tried it several times and finally turned off LightBurn and the laser. Today, I opened the same file (which I created) and it worked.
This afternoon, I was cutting the second part of this file and tried to do print & cut again, and it did the same thing…moved to a random spot, beeped, no error code. I closed the software and rebooted it and now it works.
Has anyone seen this issue? I am running the latest software 9.24.
