Print & Cut Not working properly with Boss Laser HP3655

I recently just learned about the print and cut tools for lightburn and I was very excited to try it out. My company prints and cuts custom acrlyic pieces for customers. Typically we would always cut and print, but the ability to do the opposite would save us a lot of set up time.

Unfortunately, I have tried over and over to use the print and cut tools, but everytime the cut is off by a couple inches. Is there something in Lightburn or my laser (boss laser HP3655) that would be preventing me from getting an accurate cut when using the registration marks?
