Print only selected objects, possible?

Hi Guys

I can see that the topic has been discussed before, but I’m unable to find out if a solution were managed?!

I’m often using the print-feature in LB, checking the fitment of tool-holders, etc, before cutting it on the laser.
It works great, but if having more than the specific object in the workspace, all of it is printet, and also the dimensions are changed.
My temporary solution is to actually “cut” all the unwanted objects, leaving only the specific object to be printet. This is a clumsy solution though.

How can I select an object, and then only be printing this?

Hope that you can help me out:-)

This is probably what you are looking for.

If you are talking about a printer, then I don’t know. Never tried.

Put all the objects you don’t want to print onto a separate layer. Then disable the “Show” flag in Cuts / Layers for that layer.

That should prevent those objects from printing.

As far as I know this is only related to the laser, not to the printer. I have tried the different options though!

Thank you for the suggestion, but I just think it is as clumsy as “cutting” all the unwanted objects.
I often work with different objects in the same workspace, and often printing multiple objects a time, but not in order. So just being able to chose “these 4 objects” and print would be fantastic and easy.

Don’t believe there’s a way to accommodate that specific workflow.

I’d suggest checking the feature request page to see if a request already exists to upvote or add a new entry.
