Probleem verzenden naar laser

Ik heb een twotrees laser en heb alle stappen gevolgd met het installeren

van lightburn. Ook zie ik ready staan maar als ik op start druk krijg ik de melding. Er is een probleem opgetreden bij het verzenden van gegevens naar de laser. Het apparaat is mogelijk bezet of gepauzeerd. Wat is hier het probleem en hoe kan ik het oplossen?

You have a bluetooth port selected for the device in Laser window which is almost certainly not correct. Try changing the selection to a USB device.

This likely means that the laser isn’t being initiated correctly by the OS.

Check the hardware report and see if the device is being detected. If it’s being detected but a serial port is not created then it’s likely an issue of not having the correct driver. The Twotrees laser likely uses WCH340 but I’m not certain.

Does this mean that I cannot use it on this MacBook? Does it work on a Windows laptop?

No. It should work. Confirm the driver required. You may need to install it.

It will also work in Windows.
