Guys, I have a problem. I have been using the program for more than a year, since 04/12/2023, today (06/12/2024) while working, the laser suddenly went crazy, ruined the sheet and began to falter and behave inappropriately. I checked everything and realized that it was a license issue. I renewed it through the official website, paid the amount. The program already shows that the license is active, but the problem has NOT GONE. I cannot work and I understand that the problem is with the license. What shall I do? Already tried deactivating and rekeying. Thank you.
Hello Dmytro,
Could you please show us the engraving errors you are having?
Renewal and issue would be coincidental I suspect.
Waiting for connection…

to be honest, I’m not very happy with the situation, since half the working day was lost, I’m nervous and worried about the equipment and the strange behavior of the laser
While i understand the frustration, these are Controller level errors, they would occur if you were or not connected to LightBurn.
Is your machine homing correctly?
Does your Sculpfun have switches?
Those errors are NO licensing issues. It’s a hardware / firmware thing. Your limit switches seem to fail. And in a strange way, because once, they are not recognized (Alarm 9) and then they are constantly activated (Alarm 8). Those usually don’t occur in the same instace. Strange.
Check the wiring of the switches. Check if the laser still recognizes the switches when pressed (using the ?-command). Check the value of firmware setting $5.

You were right, thank you. after the laser started going crazy (due to the license itself) it accidentally damaged one of the pins. all fixed now, thanks, working. The question can be considered solved, thanks.
