We have a trouble on a Mira 9S Redline with Macintosh 14.6.1 and last version of lightburn.
My connection is USB
When we sent the file by button Start on the lightburn the machine didn’t receive the file (2 times on 3)
If I sent the file with button Sent always the file arrived correctly to the laser and can be engraved or cut.
I tried with a windows computer and it works perfectly
So the problem seems to be between to be between lightburn and Mac Os.
Do you have an idea how to solve this ?

Are you saying, clicking start only worked one time out of 3 tries?
This would possibly indicate a connection issue. Are you using the same USB cable to connect as on your Windows machine?
If you connect it using a USB Hub, try taking it out of line or use another port.

First question yes
Second question yes same cable
BUT have you see that if we send the file (button send) on lightburn and open the file on the control panel it’ll work.
So the problem is really when we used START on Macintosh
We also try to use another USB port same if like I explain with SEND it works
On the Macintosh the port are USB C so we use a small adaptator
